cherry arugula pizza

I saw a cherry arugula pizza in a magazine recently and couldn’t stop thinking about making one. So here it is. It was all I had hoped it would be. Slightly sweet and with a touch of bitterness to balance it. The crust was freshly made and perfectly fluffy. Pizza can be gourmet too.

We’ve been sorely lacking in the pizza dinners recently. Time to bring them back on a more frequent basis. Eating vegan pizza at restaurants is fun, but I’ve always preferred our homemade versions.

MMM! That looks and sounds amazing. I need to make some more use of my pizza stone soon too. I’ve been neglecting it.

oh that looks so scrumptious! I love making pizza at home. Once I made one with sauteed kale, dried cranberries and tofurky italian sausage. It was my all time favorite! I wonder why I’ve never made it again???? 🙂

Damn. Looks awesome. I haven’t made pizza at home in a hot minute! I forget how easy it is, with enough time. Last summer I was making them like crazy, even when it was super hot. Gonna have to make one tomorrow now!

Wow now I can’t get that combo out of my head either! I’m going to have to try this sometime. Do you have a homemade dough recipe that you use?
